Paulette Claire Little, 81, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away on August 10, 2025. She was born on October 28, 1943, in Savannah, Georgia, to the late Myrtice Claire Clifton and Vernon Eric Clifton.

Paulette was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Jeffrey Hugh Clifton; her nephew, Christopher Clifton; her late husband, Paul Joseph Little of Pine Ridge Reservation, South Dakota; and her cherished daughter, Paula Joe Little of Savannah.

She is survived by her sister, Sherron K. Clifton of Savannah; her brother, Eric Clifton of Savannah; her daughters, Jody Kay Little and Darcie Rae Little, both of Savannah; her grandchildren, Zachary Delaney, Justin Delaney, Garrett Armstrong, Gavin Little, Jobe Petrea, and Opal Petrea; her nieces, Karla Balram and Ashley Mcfearin; and her nephew, Michael Clifton.

A true lover of nature and the outdoors, Paulette lived life with a spirit as wild and free as the horses and landscapes she cherished. Rooted in her southern Georgia upbringing and carried into her many Midwest adventures, her deep connection with horses was a testament to her wonderful, loving soul. She spent countless hours savoring life’s simple pleasures—on horseback, casting a line into the water, and most of all, treasuring time with her beloved family. To know her was to be touched by something truly special, and her spirit will forever ride free across the open fields and clear waters she loved so dearly.

A memorial celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 2500 Tennessee Ave., Savannah, GA 31404. All are welcome to join in honoring Paulette’s memory.
